Any suspicious activity may result in:

• score removal;
• leaderboard reset;
• temporary or permanent ban.

We reserve the right to remove scores or restrict access at our sole discretion.

Nicknames and User Content

Nicknames must not contain:

• offensive, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language;
• harassment or threats;
• impersonation of other people or brands;
• spam or misleading text;
• illegal or inappropriate content.

We may remove nicknames or block players without prior notice.

Availability

The game and leaderboards are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Scores, rankings, and statistics may be reset, modified, or removed at any time.

Intellectual Property

FlappyBirdy is a fan-inspired browser game project.

Some visual elements and publicly available assets may belong to their respective owners or original creators.

Custom artwork, original game variations, site design elements, and original content created specifically for FlappyBirdy remain the property of their respective creators.

Selected game modes feature original artwork created for the project by our artist lesyasin (ArtStation link).

You may not copy or commercially reuse original FlappyBirdy content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

FlappyBirdy is not liable for:

• data loss;
• score loss;
• interruptions;
• technical issues;
• damages resulting from use of the website.

Use the website at your own risk.
